Before starting Together Studios, Björn spent over a decade in leading creative agencies, shaping work for brands like Mercedes-Benz, Nike and Google. He helped launch and establish Netflix and DAZN in the DACH and Japanese markets and later led ABOUT YOU’s brand strategy and creative direction as a brand director, growing it into a strong international brand across +24 countries.

Susann brings deep experience in branding, communication and creative direction. She’s worked with brands like ABOUT YOU, Nike, Adidas and Tommy Jeans, and spent several years as a freelance designer, collaborating with clients across the creative and cultural landscape.

Together, they co-founded PRAISE Studio, a Berlin-based art collective and temporary space. Within just one year, they hosted over 40 cultural events, collaborated with 120+ artists and partnered with brands like Porsche, Urban Outfitters and Sleek Magazine.
